It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffery William Charters of Bay City, Michigan, who passed away on February 12, 2023, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Charters and Linda Charters (Touroo); and his siblings, Thomas Charters and Tracy Charters. He is survived by: his wife Jean Charters; his children, Jonathan Stafford (Patty), Christopher Stafford (Courtney) and Kimberly; his grandchildren, Caiden Stafford, Colson Stafford, Cameron Stafford and Christian Stafford; and his pets, Milo and Teddy.
