She is survived by: her husband Mark Lacy; her cousins, Mike Saavedra (Mary Ann), Elizabeth Hardin and Jungle Jane Howlett Hixson; her nephew Dustin Brown; her nieces, Gigi Kisil and Melody Nuckowsky (Mike); and her siblings-in-law, Glenda Brown and Dale Lacy (Marlene).
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Gephart Funeral Home (201 W Midland St, Bay City, MI 48706). A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made in Joan's name to the Tunnels to Towers Foundation or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
