He was predeceased by: his father John Burnell; his wife Debra Lynn Bellnap; his brother Robert Burnell; and his grandson Kaplan Burnell. He is survived by: his children, Kevin Burnell (Kim), Thomas Burnell, Jennifer Dabrowski (Cory) and Phillip Burnell; his grandchildren, Alison, Brianna, Yannis, Taylor, Carson and Maddison; his nephew Brian; and his nieces, Debbie and Brenda.
