He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Wiacek and Juanita Wiacek (White); his wife Mary Lynn Roth (Blough); his son Anthony Wiacek; and his brothers-in-law, Clyde Pletcher and John "Jack" Meinecke.
He is survived by: his children, John Wiacek, Jr. (Kim), Krastal Wiacek (Brad), Dan Wiacek (Lisa) and Stanley Wiacek (Darlene); his stepchildren, Amie Auten (Randy) and Timothy Roth; his siblings, Patricia Meinecke, Judith Pletcher and Richard Wiacek (Bonnie); and his close friends, Marchita Gath, Sandy Laffrey, Jim and Marilyn Hollingsworth. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
