He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Johnston and Eleanore Johnston (Schweitzer); his sisters, Laura Lugo and Shirley Ortiz; his stepfather Glen Rivet; his siblings-in-law, Patricia Tackebury, Judy Tacey and Buzz Bell; and his parents-in-law, Donald and Marie Bell.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Bell; his daughters, Nicole Tuzas (Josh) and Trisha Meinhard (Kyle); his grandchildren, Asher, Harrison, Eleanor, William and Deborah; his stepsiblings, Glennda Pinkerman, Dan Rivet (Cheri) and Randy Rivet; and his siblings-in-law, Kathy Spiekerman (Dennis), Mary Bell, Jack Tackebury and Greg Tacey.
