He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David Harrell and Diann Harrell (Heppner); his children, Richard Harrell, Alisen Harrell and Linzey Campbell; his brother Matthew Harrell (Shelly); his sibling's children, Nathan Harrell (Nikki), Gerid Harrell and Aubree Harrell; and his grandparents, Donald, June Heppner, Victor and Charlotte Harrell. He was also cherished by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
