He is survived by: his mother Charlene Burns (Wernsman); his wife Peggy Burns; his children, Michele Follman (Brad), Amanda Grzegorczyk (Jim), Jon Jr. Burns (Candace) and Melissa Erikson; his grandchildren, Rachel, Rebecca Follman, Robert, Joseph, Zachary, Daniel, Timothy, Lillian, Benjamin, Charlotte, Samuel, Vivianne Grzegorczyk, Landen, Gavin and Adeline Burns; and his siblings, Jeff, Jerry Burns and Judy Kelly (Patrick). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
