Jose S. Olvera Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on December 17, 2023, at the age of 78, Jose S. Olvera (Bay City, Michigan), born in Austin, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Olvera and Esther Olvera (Sanchez); and his siblings, Edward (Ella), Nieves "Snow" (Sandy), German, Max (Rachel), Concepcion "Sam" (Carmen), Paul (Esther), Antonio "Tony", Lazaro "Laz" Olvera and Teresa Castillo (Pedro).

He is survived by: his wife Donna J. McLaughlin; his children, Lisa Ray (Charles) and James Olvera (Mindy); his grandchildren, Charlie Ray, Collin and Ashlyn Olvera; his stepgrandchildren, Marty Hilger and Madeleine Moore; his sister Mary Murillo; and his sisters-in-law, Margaret Olvera and Mary Frances Olvera. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
