She was predeceased by : her parents, Howard Pelletier and Beatrice Pelletier (Thibault); and her husband Dale. She is survived by : her children, Patricia Warner (Daniel), James LaTulip (Beth), Dennis LaTulip (Allison) and Susan Donahue (Scott); her grandchildren, Jennifer Chislea (Brian), Kevin Warner, Michael LaTulip (Krista), Steven LaTulip (Hailey), Matthew LaTulip (Hayden) and Scott LaTulip (Nicole); her great grandchildren, Jocelyn, Brendan Chislea, Brooke and Abigail LaTulip; her siblings, Barbara LaVigne, Sally LeHew (David), Marcia Silta (John) and John Pelletier; and her siblings-in-law, John LaTulip (Bea) and MaryAnn Olson (Richard). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

“To Joyce’s family, We are very sorry to hear of Joyce’s death. We are relatives and friends of Joyce, and have many happy memories. We were in the same high school graduation class—in 1958 in Garden, Michigan. I, Larry was her Uncle. Her Mother was my sister. Larry and Lois Thibault”
