With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Juan Valencia (Bay City, Michigan), born in Sedgwick, Colorado, who passed away on August 5, 2022 at the age of 95. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Juan Valencia to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Eulogio Valencia and Juanita Valencia; his wife Mary Louise Ortega; his son Jose Valencia; and his siblings, Lorenzo Valencia, Guadalupe Valencia, Margaret Garcia and Dolores Garcia.

He is survived by: his children, Juan M. Valencia of California, David Valencia (Gloria) of Texas, Frank Valencia (Shelby) of California, Teresa Schuman (Steve) of Michigan, Daniel Valencia (Sharon) of Ohio and Martin Valencia of South Carolina; his grandchildren, Erica McDonald (Jim), Brian Valencia (Joe Sawyer), Paul Valencia, Max Valencia, Trista Czapla (Aaron), Celeste Bawulski (Eric), Luke Schuman, Claire Merryman and Michael Valencia; and his great grandchildren, Jack McDonald, Matthew Sawyer-Valencia, Caroline McDonald and Isabelle Czapla. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
