He is survived by: his daughters, Valerie Dome (Jeff), Janine Reese (Clifford) and Marcia Thomas; his grandchildren, Kenlee Dome (AnnMarie), Alissa Gauthier, Brady Gauthier, Caleb Reese (Elaina), Sophie Piurkowski (Kyle) and Asher Reese; his great grandchildren, Leo and Max Piurkowski; his brother Carl Thomas (Wendy); his sisters-in-law, Eleanor Parrott (Robert) and Gerrie Miller; his family Kayla Hill (Zach); his caregivers, Virginia, Jackie, Mary, Terry, Trisha, Carrie, Paige, Samantha, Shannon, Maureen, Judy, Lisa and Josie; Keagan, Kaydance, Zayden and ZellaJean. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and Canadian cousins.
