He was predeceased by: his father Robert O. Revard. He is survived by: his mother Joanne F. Revard (Sorenson); his girlfriend Mary L. Aguilar; his girlfriend's children, Marcia Umphrey and Marcus Burgess; his grandchildren, Conner LaFave and Caleb LaFave; his sister Kim M. Green (Larry Miller); his nephew Jason Green; and his great-nieces, Grace and Leah Green. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and many special friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to McLaren Bay Medical Foundation (Hospice) or St. Jude Hospital. Keep Kevin's legacy alive by donating to a charity in need.
