He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix "Phil" Tarkowski and Agnes Tarkowski (Martinski). He is survived by: his siblings, Jane Krawczyk (Art) and Tom Tarkowski (Pam) of Bay City; and his nieces and nephews, Stacy Hesser (Andy) of Nebraska, Yvonne Tennant (Brad) of Auburn, Keith Tarkowski (Schanda Jo) of Freeland, Susan Metz (Steve) of Northville, Karen White (Doug) of Canton and Michael Krawczyk of Bay City.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Our Lady of Czestochowa Parish or Brian's House.
