We announce the death of Lynn Edward Chaput (Bay City, Michigan), who passed away on June 28, 2026, at the age of 54. Lynn will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his father Billie Elwood; his niece Megan Pease; his brother David Elwood; his nephew Nathaniel Landon; and his great-nephew Donovan.

He is survived by: his mother Viola Elwood; his siblings, Judy Bush (Peter), Melody Roth (Ricky), Marilyn Klemm, Deb Landon (Jeff), Lavonne Elwood, Leo Chaput (Amy) and Heidi Schwaitz; and his sister-in-law Lori Elwood. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
