She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Moszyk and Evelyn Moszyk; her daughter Lori Jo Perreault; and her brother Thomas Moszyk. She is survived by: her former husband Joseph Perreault; her children, Lynn Weaver of Bay City, Lois Perreault of Bay City, Lisa Grills (Michael) of Los Angeles and Ladd Perreault (Leah Letts) of Midland; her grandchildren, Joey, Sarah, Daniel, Michelle, Athena, Alex, Olivia, Carly, Brittney, Sean, Nikolas, Ryan, Adam and Leah; her great grandchildren, William, Hailee, Sara, Clara, Austin, Paisley and Ayden; her siblings, Pat Wieszczecinski and Nicholas Moszyk (Ruth); and her friend Louis Baber. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
