He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Ciaciuch and B. Sally Ciaciuch (Schumann); and his brother-in-law Dennis Knapp. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Ciaciuch (Gotfryd); his sons, Zane Ciaciuch (Marie) and Andrew Ciaciuch (Emily); his grandchildren, Danny, Grayson, Graham and Sophia; his siblings, Mike Ciaciuch (Jean), Mary Lou Knapp, Sherrie Kruse (Ron) and Thomas Ciaciuch (Tizz); and his aunt Geri Beson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
