She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Smith and Alma Smith (Lent); her husband Paul "Pete" Douglas; and her siblings, Martha Bignell, David and Isaac Smith.

She is survived by: her children, Roger Sack (Sara), Amy Douglas (Vincent Campbell) and Jeanette Douglas; her grandchildren, Paul Douglas, Lacia Sack-Bennett (Troy), David Sack (Kayla) and Rachael Sack; her great grandchildren, Lucas, Tori, Clifford Bennett, Blake, Zaven, Elleonna, Aubrey and Gabriella Sack; her siblings, Marilyn VanHartisvelt (Dennis), Margaret Slates (William), Harvey Smith (Linda), Phillip Smith (Barb) and Charles James Smith; and her brothers-in-law, Stewart Douglas (Cheryl) and Albert Douglas. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
