Mary H. Whyte Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 4, 2025, at the age of 78, Mary H. Whyte (Bay City, Michigan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Guadalupe Villarreal and Angelita Villarreal (Aviles); her siblings, Rudolfo Aviles and Gregoria "Cristina" Torres; and her brothers-in-law, Juan Torres and Gary Wojciechowski.
She is survived by: her children, James Whyte, Jeffrey Whyte (Samantha) and Ann Rechsteiner (Ryan); the father of her children Robert Whyte; her grandchildren, Taylor, Tyler, Scarlett, Madelyn Whyte, Shannon, Mariah Baker, Lucas, Mallory and Elizabeth Rechsteiner (Lizzie); her great grandchild Miles Wreggelsworth; and her siblings, Gloria Villarreal, Maria Rice (Russell), Tom Villarreal (JoAnn) and Rose Wojciechowski. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Mary's memory to St. Jude Thaddeus Parish or to the ALS Network of Michigan.
