She is survived by: her children, Maureen Johnson, Marie Puchel (Mike), Marlene Williams, Don Jacobs (Therese), Darrell Jacobs, Michele Holm, Darin Jacobs, Duane Jacobs (Donna) and Marcia Sniecinski (Mike); her grandchildren, Jeremiah Johnson, Amy Johnson, Kimberly Larson, Kelli Shurtliff (Aaron), Eric Puchel, Lisa Puchel, Peter Williams, Andrew Williams, Ashley Jacobs, Cory Jacobs (Emily), Matthew Jacobs (Rachel), Mark Jacobs (Vanessa), Nicole Holm, Bryan Holm (Correy), Jerad Jacobs, Shawn Jacobs, Breanna Jacobs, Janae Sniecinski and David Sniecinski; her extended family Diane Jacobs; and her siblings, Pat, Joan, Ed, Lee, Neil, Eileen, John, Marie, Jean and Joseph.
