It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Matthew J. Casper (Bay City, Michigan), who passed away on December 18, 2023, at the age of 35, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by : his parents, Ron Casper and Barb Casper; and his brother Michael Casper (Sarah). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and loving cousins.
