She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Gradowski and Alphonsa Gradowski (Andrzejewski); her husband Robert Kolat; and her siblings, Virgil (Fay), Robert Gradowski and Sister Alice Ann Gradowski.

She is survived by: her sons, Michael, David (Susan), Daniel (Patti) and John Kolat (Connie); her grandchildren, Dylan (Nikki), Thomas Jordan (Amanda) and Lauren Kolat; her great grandchild Owen Thomas Kolat; her brother Ernest Gradowski (Irene); and her sister-in-law Barbara Gradowski. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
