He is survived by: his parents, Jan Eurich of Bay City and Bernie Hoy of Midland; his siblings, Kerry Hacker (Hoy) of Midland, Jamie Adamczyk (Hoy), Tony Adamczyk of Houghton Lake and Andrew Hoy of Sebewaing; Sheila Hoy of Midland and Lisa Hoy of Sebewaing.
