Nancy R. Gielda Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Nancy R. Gielda of Bay City, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 12, 2025 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Arthur Gielda and Rita Gielda (Sobczak); her brother James Arthur Gielda (Yolanda); her nieces, Erica Esckilsen (Joe Norman) and Amanda Pudvan (Ricky); her nephew Justin Gielda (Jasmine); her sister Peggy Ann Martin; her niece Grace; her nephew Alex Martin; her brother Andrew George Gielda (Julie); her nieces and nephews, Claudia Barber (Jacob) and Clairissa Eichman (Zachary); and her brother-in-law Edward Martin. She was also cherished by many great-nieces, great-nephews, and dear friends.
In honor of Nancy's lifelong compassion, the family invites donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital—a cause close to her heart since childhood—or encourages volunteering at a local rescue mission in her memory.
