She is survived by: her children, Richard Surgeson (Patti), Robert Surgeson (Abby), Colleen Wagner, Steve Surgeson (Brenda) and Leslie Surgeson (Kishna); her grandchildren, Jon Surgeson (Brittany), Brandi Narvaiz (Ryann), Doug Wagner, Derek, Ryan, Lindsey, Stevie Surgeson, Maurice Surgeson (Leslee), Paris Surgeson (Courtney) and Tory Flowers (Aliana); her great grandchildren, Zion, Zakai Narvaiz, Riley, Brayden, Lane, Lily, Dennis Surgeson, Ariella, Kash and Zoë Surgeson; her siblings, Carol Zann (Jim), Diane Bukowski (Tim) and Mike Jaskiewicz (Jodi); her brother-in-law John Weiss; her nieces, Barb Lopez, Betty Butler, Bridget Young, Brenda Awad, Christine Mulligan, Sara Stevenson, Jennifer Rosenberg and Kari Weiss; and her nephew Brad Lopez.
