She is survived by: her children, Sharon O'Hare (Terrence) of Bay City, George F. Middleton (Judy) of Vicksburg, MI and Donald Middleton (Denise) of Bay City; her grandchildren, Sean, Brian O'Hare, Dr. Shannon Lang (Jeff), Christina Middleton, Brittany Sheibels (Tim), Don Middleton (Rachael), Ryan Middleton (Stephanie), Katie Middleton (Mike Leinberger), Amy J Middleton, Hayley Middleton Barr (Mike), Amy A Middleton, Jon Middleton, Dan Middleton and Pam Middleton (Queshawn King); her great grandchildren, Kane, Teagan O'Hare (Troy Porter), Korbyn, Quinnlyn, Adrien Lang, Alexis Reddington, Connor Moran, Memphis, Griffin Sheibels, Aiden, Charlie Middleton, Addison, Paisley, Parker Middleton, Camden Garcia, Owen, Charlee Leinberger, Jacoby, Ryan Barr, Torie, Emilie Keene, Miya Johnson, Kaylie Middleton, Kashmeir and Que King; and her siblings-in-law, Robert Middleton and Joyce Middleton.
Pat was a very involved member of Trinity Episcopal Church, member of the United Way RSVP and their knitting group, a Girl Scout leader, and member of the John Glenn Booster Club McLaren popcorn popper.
