He was predeceased by: his father Patrick Hendrick; his brother Raymond Hendrick; and his close friend Brian Jeske. He is survived by: his mother Marie Hendrick (Kernstock); his daughters, Lydia Bradley (Zach) and Lillian Hendrick; his siblings, Roger Hendrick (Lynn) and Lynn Jezowski (Dale); his siblings' children, Adam, Matthew, Isaac and Leah; his godmother Hilda Dijak; his close friend Edward Wolcott; and the mother of his children Khristina Hendrick. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
