He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Malak and Mary Malak (Weber); and his brothers, Thomas Stanley Malak and James Michael Malak. He is survived by: his siblings, William Malak (Carol) of Palm Harbor, Kirk Malak of Howell and Susan Johnston (Carl) of Howell. He is also survived by niece and 2 nephews, 4 great nieces, a great nephew and a great great niece and many cousins.
