He was predeceased by: his parents, Merton Seward and Estelle Seward (Samson); his wife Marian Josephine Burke; and his siblings, Mert Seward, Jr. (Faith), Jim Seward, Bob Seward (Donna) and Mary Ann Niedzielski (Robert).
He is survived by: his children, Lewis Seward (Cathy), Mary Beth Cianek (Bob), Timothy Seward (Sarah), Jeanine Gillikin (Robert) and Patrick Seward (Michelle); his grandchildren, Craig Seward, Christin Seward, Clay Hollister (Nikki), Oaks Hollister, Aaron Cianek (Diana), Kevin Cianek, Brandon Seward, Ava Seward, Spencer Seward, Grace Seward, Ryan Gillikin, Kelly Gillikin Schoueri (Pedro), Sean Gillikin, Brooke Charter, Bailey Lupo (Derek) and Joshua Charter; his great grandchildren, Liam, Amelia Cianek and Leyla Gillikin Schoueri; and his sister-in-law Diana Seward.
