She was predeceased by: her parents, Ollie Burcham and Mary Burcham (Roy); her husband Joseph Anthony; her son Robert Samuels; and her great grandchildren, Allison and Violet Cieszlak.

She is survived by: her daughters, Beth Ann Hall (Robert) of Bay City and Mary Samuels of Venice, Florida; her grandchildren, Jessica Cieszlak (Mark), Wayne Rajaniemi, Kalie Cavanaugh, Liam Cavanaugh and Carys Cavanaugh; her siblings, Michael Burcham of Huntington and Margaret Mattson of Scottsdale; her close friend Cheryl Anderson; and her son Tyler Anderson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
