Richard H. Charo Obituary

Richard "Hollywood" Charo, 27, of Bay City, Michigan, passed away on October 1, 2025.

Hollywood was born on November 6, 1997, to Lori and Michael "Danny" Charo. He was a beloved son, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend whose warm heart and loving spirit touched everyone around him.

He is survived by his parents; his siblings: Joshua (Stacy) Wittkopp, Amy (Jose) Lopez, Michaeld (Jenna) Charo, and Dominic Shook; and his cherished nieces and nephews: Big Diego, Diego, Junior, Kassidy, Meriah, Lenyx, Alecio, Valentino, and Anavaeh. He is also remembered with love by many bonus nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.

Hollywood had a caring and joyful personality. He loved spending time with family and friends, whether it was gathering together, enjoying the outdoors, fishing, swimming, or playing ball. His laughter and kindness will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

A celebration of Hollywood's life will be held on Tuesday October 7, 2025 at Rivertown Funeral Chapel at 3pm. Visitation will be from 1pm till time of service. Friends and family are invited to come together to honor his memory.
