He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Kulas and Sophia Kulas (Kosmicki); his mother-in-law Lois MacDonald; and his brother Dr. Christopher Kulas. He is survived by: his wife Janet Kulas (MacDonald); and his daughters, Michelle Kulas, Renee Kulas and Denise Kulas Seelman.
