He was predeceased by : his parents, Eugene Watkins and Janet Watkins; and his brother Ron. He is survived by : his wife Anne Stokoe (Stokoe); his daughters, Kristen Kowalski (Chris) and Kara; his siblings, Randy (Dina) and Nancy; and his granddaughters, Lucy and Eleanore. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
