It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard John MacMillan (Bay City, Michigan), who passed away on October 11, 2025, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis MacMillan and Angelina MacMillan; and his pets, Alex, Sadie and Ruby.
He is survived by: his wife Julie MacMillan; his daughters, Rachelle Schikorra (Matt Ninke) of Midland and Renee Arnold (Ken) of Essexville, Mich.; his granddaughters, Riley, Lauren Schikorra, Marin, Claire and Carly Arnold; and his siblings, Dr. Maureen O'Malley of Denver, Colo., Michael MacMillan (Becky) of Bay City, Mich. and Francis MacMillan (Deborah) of Bay City, Mich.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Gephart Funeral Home (201 W Midland St, Bay City, MI 48706). A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
