He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Hildinger and Effie Hildinger (Allen); his brother James Hildinger (Karen); his grandchildren, Ryan Hildinger and Hailee Friedle; and his sisters-in-law, Donna Derwinski, Janice Umphrey and Frances Robinson.
He is survived by: his wife Joan C. Derwinski; his sons, Raymond Hildinger (Cindy), John Hildinger (Stephanie), Dennis Hildinger (Angela), Tim Hildinger (Penny) and Todd Umphrey (Trisha); his brother Allen Hildinger (Nancy); and his foster sister Linda Emery. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 38 great-grandchildren.
The family suggests donations in Ron's memory to St. Jude Thaddeus Parish.
