He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Biskner and Mary Biskner (Zieland); his wife Darlene Witucki; his former wives, Bonnie Wilcox (Wilcox) and Darlene Biskner (Witucki); his granddaughter Lathesia Gillyard; his siblings, Clifford Biskner, Florence, Cathy Watkowiak (Eddy), Ruthanne Bassett and Paul Biskner; and his sister-in-law Patricia Biskner.
He is survived by: his children, Ronney Biskner, Jr. (April), Brian Biskner (Jennie), Stacey Marie Biskner and Ken Biskner (Patti); his grandchildren, Breanna Biskner, Nathan Biskner, Kayla Biskner, Justin Biskner (Kayla), Janessa Wainwright, Samantha Wainwright, Summer Biskner, Alyssa Biskner, Alan Velasquez, Monica Velasquez, Austin Velasquez, Kelsie Velasquez, Marisa Velasquez, Andrew Bisker, Lauren Biskner, Lazarus Biskner and Leigha Biskner; his brothers, Robert "Bob" Biskner and Raymond "Ray" Biskner (Carolyn); and his siblings-in-law, Danny Bassett and Frieda Becca.
