He was predeceased by: his parents, William M. Spiker and Daisy R. Spiker (Richardson); his siblings, William, Raymond (Darlene), Kenny Spiker and Lucille Bullock (Curt); and his nephew Jason Bullock.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine M. Wells; his son Carl Downing (Carrie); his grandchildren, Carl and Krissy Downing; his siblings, Gene Spiker (Marge), Nancy Spiker, Gary Spiker (Carol), Marchlene Franklin (Gary) and Ricky Spiker (Kim); and his sisters-in-law, Anne Spiker and Dianne Nelson (Keith). He is also survived by 9 nieces, 15 nephews, and many great nieces and great nephews.
