He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy L. Proctor and Thelma Louise Proctor (Solomon); and his uncle Ervin Solomon. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; and his children, Terry Lee Proctor, Ricky Allen Proctor (Kari), Regina Marie Johnson (Steve), Lee Alan Sharp (Michelle), Bonnie Lynn Fox (Charles), Christina Louise Proctor and Troy Edward Sharp (Renee). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
