She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Bergey and Charlotte Bergey (Newman); her boyfriend Timothy Wolnar; and her sister Brenda Bergey. She is survived by: her son Steven Bergey (Melissa); her great grandchildren, Rachele Bergey Schalow (Chris) and Steven Bergey (Kelsey); her siblings, John Bergey (Chris), Charles Bergey (Ann) and Gale Lockwood (Arthur); her aunts, Patty and Marsha; her uncle Willard; and also, Gray, Beau Schalow, Nash and Jude Bergey. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be considered to Toni and Trish House for the care of the terminally Ill.
