It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia (VanDenBoom) G. Rouech of Bay City, Michigan, who passed away on July 8, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son William Rouech, Jr.; her granddaughter Katie Welch; her son-in-law Jeff L. Holt; and her parents, Frank VanDenBoom and Sylvia VanDenBoom.
She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Rouech Sr. of Bay City; her children, Cindy Mey (Randy) of Saginaw, Sandy J. Welch (Jeff) of Alpena, Amy Holt, Rev. Chris Rouech of Comstock Park, MI and Don Rouech (Kristi); her brothers, Rob (Pat) of Bay City and Ford; her uncle Ralph; her aunt Thelma Belford; her grandchildren, R. J. Mey of Ferndale, Ben Mey (Marcy) of Midland, Brent Welch (Tara) of Bay City, Elizabeth Rouech (Will Stickle) of Indianapolis, William Rouech III of Fond, Genevieve Holt and Olivia Rouech; and her great grandchildren, Lukas and Liam Mey. She is also survived by six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
