He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Jacobs and Marie Jacobs (Barber); his wife Faye Jacobs; and his sons, Tim and Todd Jacobs.
He is survived by: his children, Amy Jacobs and Mark Jacobs (Jennifer); his brothers, Ronald Jacobs (Cindy) and William Jacobs (Marcy); and his siblings-in-law, Mavis Bercaw (Robert) and James Dummer (Judy).
