Mindykowski; his children, Michelle Arnold (Eric), Heather Scott (Steven) and Kurt Theisen (Bayley Keyport); his grandchildren, Ryan Cudworth (Alyssa), Madison Walker (Alex), Evan Todd (Raegyn Jesyka), Noah Ulman, Chloe Ulman, Haylee Lewis, Hayden Scott, Sarah Theisen and Everly Tweten; his great grandchildren, Murphy Cudworth, Miles Cudworth and Wenona Walker; his siblings, David Theisen (Joni), Marilyn Theisen and Susan Theisen (Maryanne); and his siblings-in-law, Janine, Dennis Tacey, Richard Mindykowski and Beverly Theisen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, dear friends.
