He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas J. LaRoche and Gertrude Cecelia LaRoche (Etzler); his former wife Georgeann Kay Jablonski; his wife Diane Kay Bailey; his son Thomas Edward LaRoche; his granddaughter Breanne Lyn Story; his son-in-law Thomas Brown; his sister Dolores Weeks; and his siblings-in-law, Nita Peterson and Edwin Jablonski.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sherry Ann Brown of Milford, DE and Vicki Marie Story (Mark) of Bay City; his grandchildren, Jessica Ann LaRoche Jones, Brittany Victoria Story and Joshua Thomas Story; his sister-in-law Carol Jablonski; and his close friends, Mark Wisenbaugh of Lapeer and Nancy Danna of Lapeer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Bay County or the American Cancer Society.
