We are sad to announce that, on August 3, 2025, at the age of 94, Wanda J. Zaplitny (Bay City, Michigan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Burton Anderson and LaVerne Anderson (McDunnell); her son Keith Zaplitny; and her siblings-in-law, Ernie Zaplitny and Florence Zaplitny.
She is survived by: her sons, Patrick Zaplitny (Sharon) and Kevin Zaplitny; her grandchildren, Bonnie Phillips (Michael), Michael Zaplitny (Brenna), Kathy Zaplitny, Kayla McEwen (Brent), Kellie Zaplitny and Kiley Boonenberg (Taylor); her great grandchildren, Jace, Zachary, Vera, Frederick and Calvin; and her sister Lois Grew (Fred).
The family suggests donations in Wanda's memory to Dementia Society of America.
