He is survived by: his girlfriend Laura Bartley; his children, Birt Zaika Jr. and Angie Patton; his brother Fred Zaika; his grandchildren, Rachelle Hamilton, Dillion Long, Corey Nardi and Haley Minton (Patton); his great grandchildren, Aaralyn Hamilton, Adeline Sassaman and Maya Minton; and his nephew Fred Zaika.
