He is survived by: his daughters, Kelly Miehlke (Max Braun) and Erin Farnsworth; his grandchildren, Brandon Cilman (Jaslyn), Jared Walsh, Brooke Yontz, Brianne Krumins (Billy Reeder), Trevor Miehlke and Natalee Miehlke (Jacob Rackow); his great grandchildren, Brayden, Kyleigh, Branson, Waylon Cilman, Kade and Mila Yontz; his siblings, Keith Farnsworth, Elwin Farnsworth (Karen), Roger Farnsworth (Sandy), Gary Farnsworth (Diane), Larry, Susan Farnsworth and Patsy Gutschke (Dave); his sisters-in-law, Shirley Farnsworth and Linda Farnsworth; his cousin Paula Smith; Richard Smith. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
