He was predeceased by: his wife Helga Krohnke; and his siblings, Georg and Inge. He is survived by: his sons, Kenneth Tolksdorf (Helen) of Warren and Jeffrey Tolksdorf (Patricia) of Clinton Twp; and his grandchildren, Christopher (Stacy), Emily, Alexander (Katie) and Nicholas.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Gladwin County Council on Aging, 215 South Antler St. Gladwin, MI 48624.
