He is survived by: his children, Jerri Ann Mansfield, Cynthia Billings-Dunn (Tim), David Billings, Jesse Boone (Martha), Betty Rhoten (Don) and Lee Ann Bleau (Nathan); his grandchildren, Misty Loveless (Matthew), Scott Baird, Sydney Dunn, Charlie Dunn, Edward Dunn, Savannah Dunn, David Billings II, Olivia Billings, Sarah Boone, Jenna Boone, Samantha Rhoten, Autumn Bleau and Rilie Bleau; and his great grandchild Luna Loveless.
