He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellsworth P. Strine and Gertrude Strine (Grovesteen); his wife Joan Strine (Passmore); his brothers, Gene and Alan Strine; and his siblings-in-law, Ron Passmore, Pat, Lilian, Dee and Barb Passmore.
He is survived by: his sons, Aaron Strine (Kelly) of Shelby Township and Karl Strine (Linda) of Davison; his grandsons, Luke Strine (Emmersyn LaPrise) and Andrew Sutherland (Bailey); and his great grandchildren, Emersyn and Lainey Sutherland. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and several dear friends.
