It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Leuenberger of Beaverton, Michigan, who passed away on October 13, 2025, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Canvas Watson; and his brother-in-law Rod Krompetz. He is survived by: his wife Gail Krompetz; his daughter Brooke Smith (Travis); his granddaughter Rebekah Smith; his parents, Herman and Joan; his brothers, Mark Leuenberger (Sandy) and Todd Leuenberger (Connie); his in-laws, Walt Krompetz (Dee Dee) and Duch Krompetz (Bill); and his brother-in-law Ed Krompetz (Susan). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended family.
