He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Bliesener and Elizabeth Bliesener; his son Norman F. Jr.; his siblings, Laverna, Lyle (Judy), Pat and Jake (Patty); his great grandchild Nathan Jackson; and his siblings-in-law, Darwin Hannahs and Penny Ann Baley (Brian).
He is survived by: his wife Jackie Bliesener; his children, Randy Bliesener (Christine), Timothy Bliesener and LeAnn S. Burch (Randy); and his siblings-in-law, Nancy Hannahs, Jody Morris (Bob) and Bill VanPatten (Sue). He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; 41 great grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren.
